Our services are provided on a business-to-business basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work begins only after the scope, timeline, fees, and delivery milestones have been agreed in writing.
別途書面で合意する場合を除き、当社のサービスは法人または事業者向けに提供されます。作業は、範囲、期間、料金、納品マイルストーンについて書面で合意した後に開始されます。
An engagement begins when a prospective client sends us a written request, such as a paper, draft, repository, technical note, or project brief. If the request falls within our scope, we may provide a proposed scope, timeline, price, and delivery milestones.
案件は、論文、ドラフト、リポジトリ、技術メモ、プロジェクト概要などの書面によるご相談を当社が受領した時点から検討を開始します。ご相談内容が当社の対応範囲に含まれる場合、範囲、期間、価格、納品マイルストーンをご提案することがあります。
If a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement is entered into between Sciwealth Limited and a client, that written agreement will govern the specific engagement.
Sciwealth Limited とクライアントの間で個別の提案書、作業範囲書、またはサービス契約が締結された場合、当該書面が個別案件に適用されます。
Fees, payment schedule, currency, and delivery milestones are agreed in writing before work begins. Sciwealth Limited issues invoices for agreed services. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are made against invoices according to the agreed milestone schedule.
料金、支払時期、通貨、納品マイルストーンは、作業開始前に書面で合意されます。Sciwealth Limited は合意済みサービスについて請求書を発行します。別途合意がない限り、支払いは合意されたマイルストーンに従い、請求書に基づいて行われます。
Deliverables may include source code, experiment scripts, benchmark reports, technical documentation, prototype software, implementation notes, and related materials, depending on the agreed scope.
納品物には、合意された範囲に応じて、ソースコード、実験スクリプト、ベンチマークレポート、技術文書、プロトタイプソフトウェア、実装メモ、および関連資料が含まれる場合があります。
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables prepared specifically for the client are assigned or licensed to the client upon full payment. Open-source software and third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
別途書面で合意する場合を除き、クライアント向けに個別作成された最終納品物は、全額支払い後にクライアントへ譲渡またはライセンスされます。オープンソースソフトウェアおよび第三者コンポーネントは、それぞれのライセンス条件に従います。
Project materials, including unpublished papers, drafts, repositories, datasets, technical notes, and implementation details, are treated as confidential business information. We do not publish client materials or disclose client engagements without written permission.
未公開論文、ドラフト、リポジトリ、データセット、技術メモ、実装詳細を含むプロジェクト資料は、機密の業務情報として取り扱います。当社は、書面による許可なくクライアント資料を公開せず、クライアント案件を開示しません。
Sciwealth Limited does not provide financial services, investment advice, payment processing, money transmission, custody of client funds, cryptocurrency services, securities services, banking services, or regulated financial products. Our services are limited to software engineering and technical implementation work.
Sciwealth Limited は、金融サービス、投資助言、決済処理、送金、顧客資金の保管、暗号資産関連サービス、証券サービス、銀行サービス、または規制対象金融商品を提供しません。当社のサービスは、ソフトウェアエンジニアリングおよび技術実装業務に限定されます。
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are agreed in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Fees for work already performed or milestones already delivered are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
キャンセル、日程変更、返金条件は、該当する提案書または作業範囲書において合意されます。既に実施済みの作業または納品済みのマイルストーンに対する料金は、別途書面で合意する場合を除き、原則として返金対象外です。
